摘要
针对测调联动技术应用的活塞式可调堵塞器受应用过程中呈现的出水孔易坏的实际,通过分析对比转动式可调堵塞器、改良活塞式可调堵塞器和针型阀式可调堵塞器的生产价格及使用寿命等指标,研制了针型阀式可调堵塞器。该堵塞器使井下高压注水水流通过堵塞器时减小阻力,出水孔,使井下高压射流减缓,同时下部材质改为高强度合金钢,在设计及材质上提高了堵塞器的使用寿命。
In view of the fact that the outlet hole of the piston type adjustable plug used in the measurement and adjustment linkage technology is easy to be damaged in the application process,the needle valve type adjustable plug is developed by analyzing and comparing the production price and service life of the rotary adjustable plug,the improved piston type adjustable plug and the needle valve adjustable plug.The plug reduces the resistance when the high-pressure water injection flow through the plug,and the water outlet slows down the high-pressure jet.At the same time,the lower material is changed to high-strength alloy steel,which improves the service life of the plug in design and material.
