提高心理医师心理健康服务能力的任职教育模式探索

Exploration of the professional education mode to improve the mental health service ability of psychologists

健康不仅包括身体健康,还包括心理健康。通过加大心理健康服务,提高全民心理素养具有重要的战略意义。心理医师培训是心理健康服务工作开展的重要环节,但当前我国心理医师面临专业水平不足、人才短缺等问题,亟待开展更多专业任职教育进行针对性培训。本文以部队高校心理医师任职教育为例,探讨当前任职培训教育存在的问题及课程体系的合理性,通过理论论述和经验总结,创造性地提出“宣、评、甄、咨、训、勤”的“六位一体”培养方案,为全国其他相关单位的心理医师培训提供借鉴。通过分析当前心理医师任职培训教育存在问题,并利用研究成果,开设培训课程,以切实提高培训效果。

Health includes not only physical health,but also mental health.It is of great strategic significance to improve the mental quality of the whole people by increasing mental health service.The training of psychologists is an important part of the development of mental health service.However,at present,our country's psychologists are facing problems of insufficient professionalism and shortage of talents,and there is an urgent need to develop more professional education for targeted training.This paper takes the professional education of psychiatrists in military colleges and universities as an example to explore the problems existing in the current on-the-job training education and the rationality of the curriculum system.Through theoretical discussion and experience summary,this paper creatively puts forward the"six in one"training program of"propaganda and education,measurement and evaluation,disease screening,counseling and treating,training and guiding,service guaranteeing",so as to provide reference for the training of psychologist in other relevant units in China.Through analyzing the existing problems in the current training and education of psychologists,using research results,and offering training courses,in order to effectively improve training effects.
