清代维吾尔副都统白和卓事迹钩沉

On Bay Khoja, the Uyghur Fu Dutong in the Qing Dynasty

白和卓是清代入居北京的维吾尔人群体中的重要人物,官居八旗副都统。本文利用清代文献,特别是档案资料,对白和卓入居北京前后的相关史实进行研究。文章指出,白和卓在其父莽噶里克归附清朝的过程中发挥了积极的作用;他入居京师后,担任“回人佐领”,负责管理编入内务府的维吾尔人群体,为清廷处理西域事务提供咨询等。他在多个机构任职,因工作勤勉,受到清朝皇帝的嘉许。

As a key figure in the Uyghur group lived in Beijing in the Qing Dynasty,Bay Khoja was appointed Fu Dutung(vice-commander-in-chief of a Banner military organization).This paper studied his life before and after his movement to Beijing on the basis of relevant documents of the Qing Dynasty,especial the archival documents.It held that Bay Khoja played an active role in the course of Maġlik's(his father)submission to the Qing Dynasty.Bay Khoja was appointed Zuoling,responsible for managing the Uyghur people registered in the Imperial Household Department and presenting advice to the Qing Court about the Western Regions'affairs.He held several posts in Beijing and was praised for his diligence by the Qing emperor.
