高新区产业与非高新区产业经济增长路径的差异研究——基于研发模型的实证分析 被引量:3

摘要 基于内生经济增长理论,构建基于研发模型的知识生产与经济增长路径分析框架,并运用我国31个省份和53家国家级高新区2000—2015年的面板数据,实证分析和对比检验了我国非高新区产业和高新区产业的经济增长路径。实证结果表明,我国非高新区产业知识生产不存在显著的规模递增效应,对应的经济增长路径均为稳态收敛型,高新区产业在知识生产方面存在显著的规模递增效应,对应的经济增长路径均为持续加速型,显示出高新区产业的强大发展潜力。研究结论为我国实施创新驱动发展战略、推动高新区产业发展的相关政策制定提供了理论支撑。 Based on the theory of endogenous economic growth,it constructed an analysis framework of knowledge production and the path of economic growth based on the R&D model.It empirically analyzed the economic growth path of the none-high-tech-zone industry and that of the high-tech-zone industry by using the panel data of 31 provinces of China and 53 national high-tech industrial development zones from 2000 to 2015.The empirical results show that the none-high-tech-zone industry has no significant scale-increasing effect on knowledge production and its corresponding path of economic growth is steady state of convergence,while the high-tech-zone industry has significant scaleincreasing effect on knowledge production and the corresponding path of economic growth is accelerating,which demonstrates the great potentials of the high-tech-zone industry.It provides theoretical evidence for Chinese government to make policies to implement the innovation-driven strategy and promote the high-tech-zone industry.
