产学研协同创新背景下高校科技创新效率研究——基于我国重点高校面板数据的实证分析 被引量:29

摘要 产学研协同创新对高校人才培养、科学研究和社会服务的发展提出了更高的要求,研究高校基本职能与其科技创新效率的关系对于激发协同创新的强大势能具有重要意义。基于我国60余所部属高校2002—2016年的面板数据,本文应用两阶段DEA模型测算了高校科技创新效率,并进一步研究了在产学研协同创新过程中研究生培养、校企联结强度、科研倾向和学术声誉对高校科技创新效率的实际影响。结果表明:研究生培养与高校科技创新效率具有显著的倒N形关系;校企联结强度与高校科技创新效率具有显著的倒U形关系;在高校科技创新过程中,科研倾向于基础研究有利于高校科技创新效率的提升;学术声誉对高校科技创新效率具有显著的正向影响。本文拓展了产学研协同创新情境下的高校创新理论研究,为进一步发挥高校主体作用提供了一定的实践启示。 Collaborative innovation of industry-university-institute has put forward higher requirements for talent cultivation,scientific research and the development of social services in universities.It is of great significance to study the relationship between the basic functions and science&technology(S&T)innovation efficiency in universities to stimulate the powerful potential energy of collaborative innovation.Based on the panel data of more than 60 Chinese universities from 2002 to 2016,it applied a two-stage efficiency model to measure S&T innovation efficiency in China.After theoretical analysis,it further empirically analyzed the practical impact of graduate training,strength of ties between universities and industries,research preference and reputation on the efficiency respectively.The main findings are as follows:firstly,the impact of graduate training on S&T innovation efficiency of universities formes an inverted N-type relationship;second,the strength of ties between universities and industries affects S&T innovation efficiency of universities in an inverted U-shaped manner;third,the preference for basic research is conducive to the improvement of S&T innovation efficiency in universities;fourth,academic reputation also has a significantly positive impact on S&T innovation efficiency in universities.It extends the theoretical research on university innovation in the context of industry-university-institute collaborative innovation,and provides important practical inspiration for further exerting the main role of universities.
