摘要
目的探讨程序性细胞死亡受体1(PD-1)和程序性细胞死亡配体1(PD-L1)在透明细胞肾细胞癌(cc-RCC)中的表达及对预后的影响。方法采用免疫组化检测90例cc-RCC组织和10例正常肾组织中PD-1和PD-L1的表达。结果 90例cc-RCC中,PD-1和PD-L1在cc-RCC组织中的阳性率分别为45.6%和36.7%。cc-RCC中PD-1和PD-L1表达与WHO/ISUP分级、淋巴结转移和远处转移密切相关,差异显著(P<0.05)。肿瘤组织中PD-1与PD-L1之间没有相关性(χ2=1.469,P=0.226)。Kaplan-Meier生存曲线显示PD-L1阳性患者PFS(P=0.034)和OS(P=0.032)低于PD-L1阴性患者。结论 PD-1和PD-L1参与了cc-RCC的进展,PD-L1是评估cc-RCC患者预后不良的一种生物标记物。
Objective To investigate the expression of programmed cell death-1(PD-1) and programmed cell death legend 1(PD-L1), and their influence to prognosis in clear cell renal carcinomas(cc-RCC). Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of PD-1 and PD-L1 in cc-RCC tissues of 90 patients and 10 normal renal samples. Results The positive-expression rates of PD-1 and PD-L1 in the cc-RCC were 45. 6% and 36. 7% respectively. PD-1 and PD-L1 in the cc-RCC tissues were significantly correlated with the Fuhrman grade,lymphatic metastasis and distant metastasis(P< 0. 05). There was no correlation between PD-1 and PD-L1 in tumor tissues(χ2 =1. 469,P = 0. 226). PD-L1+ cc-RCC had inferior PFS(P = 0. 034) and OS(P = 0. 032) compared with that in patients with PD-L1-. Conclusion PD-1 and PD-L1 are involved in the pathologenesis of cc-RCC. PD-L1 expression in tumor tissues is correlated with poor prognosis in cc-RCC patients.
