摘要
结合传统永磁电机的结构特点,文章提出一种面贴式和内置式混合型的磁路结构,为了改善电机气隙磁通密度的正弦性,设计了阶梯型混合式永磁转子和平滑弧形混合式永磁转子2种结构的永磁电机;为了验证提出的2种结构电机的电磁性能,分别设计了电机的定子和转子电磁参数;根据设计参数分别建立了传统结构和新型混合式结构的4种电机有限元仿真模型;通过进行仿真计算,得到4种结构电机的气隙磁通密度波形和谐波含量,通过对比分析,验证了所提出的阶梯型混合式和平滑弧形混合式转子结构的优越性能。
Firstly,according to the structure characteristics of traditional Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor(PMSM),this paper proposed a hybrid rotor structure owning the surface-mounted PMs and interior PMs.In order to improve the sinusoidal characteristics of the air gap magnetic flux density,this paper designed two different structures of the PMSM,which owned the stepped hybrid permanent magnet rotor and the smooth arc hybrid permanent magnet rotor.Secondly,for verifying the electromagnetic performance of the proposed two different hybrid permanent magnet motor structures,this paper respectively designed the electromagnetic parameters of the stator and rotor of the stepped hybrid PMSM and the smooth arc hybrid PMSM.Thirdly,the different finite element models of the traditional surface-mounted PMSM,traditional interior PMSM,stepped hybrid PMSM and smooth arc hybrid PMSM are respectively established according to the designed parameters.Finally,through the simulating calculation,the Air gap flux density waveforms and harmonic contents of the four different structures of PMSM are obtained.Comparing to analyze the results,the superiority of the proposed stepped hybrid PMSM and smooth arc hybrid PMSM are verified.
