输配电改革背景下资金管理策略研究

Research on Capital Management Strategy under the Background of Power Transmission and Distribution Reform

围绕国网青海电力资金管理及融资策略,采取数据分析、模型推演的方式,开展专题研究。在研究过程中,以国网青海电力现金流规律作为切入点,对历史现金流进行健康诊断,发现现金流管理工作中存在的不足,改进现金流预测方法,优化资金预算编制逻辑,调整现金流管理工作流程,有效提升资金预算的调控作用。

Focusing on the fund management and financing strategy of State Grid Qinghai electric power,the research was carried out by means of data analysis and model deduction.During the study,with its qinghai electric power law of cash flow as the breakthrough point,health diagnosis to history and cash flow,found existing in the management of cash flow is insufficient,improve cash flow forecast method,optimize capital budgeting logic,adjust the cash flow management workflow,effectively promote the readjustment of capital budget.
