随着现代智慧供应链建设的不断深入,国网青海省电力公司在以智能采购、数字物流、全景质控3个业务链为基础的现代智慧供应链数字化转型过程中,积累了大量数据资源。如何利用这些数据,挖掘数据资产价值,是支撑物资管理的一项重要基础工作。以物资管理为研究对象,通过深入分析物资管理各环节的问题,基于数据资产应用的分析手段,提出了对物资管理流程的优化建议,以实现降低库存、提高资金利用率的目的。

With the continuous deepening of modern smart supply chain construction,State Grid Qinghai Electric Power Company has accumulated a lot of data resources in the process of digital transformation of modern smart supply chain based on intelligent procurement,digital logistics and panoramic quality control.How to use these data to mine the value of data assets is an important basic work to support material management.Taking material management as the object of study,through in-depth analysis of the problems in each link of material management and based on the analysis method of data asset application,this paper puts forward some Suggestions on the optimization of material management process,so as to realize the purpose of reducing inventory and improving capital utilization rate.
