摘要
考虑到水电站的汛期多发和旱季少发的季节波动特性,在现有羊曲水电站的基础上加入风力发电和光伏发电,并配置蓄电池储能部件,构建风-光-水-储多能互补发电系统。基于典型的能量输出和负荷功耗,通过分析风-光-水三种能源之间的互补特性,考虑瞬时功率约束、储能系统的充放电效率和SOC约束,以投资成本和储能容量最小为目标建立基于羊曲水电站(120万kW)的风-光-储容量优化配置模型,并采用自适应遗传-禁忌搜索算法求解该模型。对计算结果进行蓄电池因为平滑功率输出反复充放电的次数的评价。结果表明,该容量配置方案既可以满足蓄电池充放电次数的限制,也可以满足负荷需求,且降低了系统的投资成本。
Taking into account the seasonal fuctuations of hydropower stations in food season and the seasonal fuctuations in the dry season, wind power generation and photovoltaic power generation are added to the existing Yangqu Hydropower Station, and battery energy storage components are confgured to construct a multi-energy complementary power generation system for wind and water storage. Based on the typical energy output and load power consumption, by analyzing the complementary characteristics between the three energy sources of windsolar-water, considering the instantaneous power constraints, the charging and discharging efficiency and SOC constraints of the energy storage system, the minimum investment cost and the minimum energy storage capacity are established. Based on the wind-solar-storage capacity optimization confguration model of Yangqu Hydropower Station(1.2 million kW), the adaptive genetic-taboo search algorithm is used to solve the model. The calculation results are evaluated for the number of times the battery is repeatedly charged and discharged due to the smooth power output. The results show that the capacity confguration scheme can meet the limitation of the number of times of battery charge and discharge, and can also meet the load demand and reduce the investment cost of the system.
