摘要 针对一起弹簧机构高压断路器合后即分的故障,通过断路器现场检查、线圈电流曲线,结合其操作机构动作原理和高清摄像技术分析了故障原因。通过分闸掣子装置解体检查和数据测量,查明故障原因为分闸掣子装置上Catch的尺寸超下限导致掣子的打开行程降低和掣子装置中线圈复位异形弹簧角度超差,导致抗冲击能力下降。正常合闸冲击力使衔铁振动较大,衔铁碰撞锁杆,造成锁杆运动使上Catch舌片失去闭锁,导致断路器分闸,并根据故障原因提出了预防措施。 Aiming at the fault a spring mechanism circuit breakers opening after closing, through feld inspection of circuit breaker, coil current curve, operation principle of its operating mechanism and HD camera technology fault causes are analyzed. The cause of the fault is the catch’s size over the lower limit, the opening stroke of the pawl reduces and the angle of coil shaped spring in opening tripping is over-tolerance, the spring elasticity of the forceps device is reduced, and the impact resistance is reduced. The normal closing impact force causes the armature to vibrate greatly, and the armature collides with the lock rod, causing the lock rod to move and the tongue to lose the lock, the breaker is opened. Daily maintenance precautions are proposed according to the cause of the quality events.
