食用向日葵产量性状的遗传研究 被引量:3

The Genetic Study of Yield Traits in Edible Sunflower

摘要 以食葵不育系17-A26为母本、恢复系17-C19为父本,构建P1、P2、F1、F2、B1和B2 6个世代群体,研究了产量相关性状盘径、单株总粒数、结实率、百粒重、粒长和粒宽的后代变异及遗传率。结果表明,6个性状均为数量性状,变异幅度排序为单株总粒数>粒长>盘径>结实率>百粒重>粒宽,狭义遗传率排序为百粒重>粒长>单株总粒数>粒宽>盘径>结实率。根据遗传进度结果,百粒重、粒长、单株总粒数和粒宽宜早代根据表型选择,盘径宜晚代选择,结实率宜晚代结合多环境联合选择。 Using male-sterile line 17-A26 to cross with restorer line 17-C19, constructed six generations genetic populations, including P1, P2, F1, F2, B1 and B2. In present study genetic variation and heritability of yield governing traits namely head diameter, seed number per plant, seed setting rate, 100-seed weight, seed length, and seed width were studied. The results showed that all the six traits were quantitatively inherited traits, showed genetic variation and a narrow heritability was also reordered for all these traits. Genetic progress showed that 100-seed weight, seed length, seed number per plant, seed width should be selected in early generation according to phenotype, and head diameter should be selected in late generation, and seed setting rate should be selected on multiple environments in late generation.
