时代变革下专科学校升格为本科大学的实践探索——以铜仁学院升格发展的实践过程为例 被引量:1

摘要 探求地方院校的发展规律及内外影响因素,是提高高等教育质量的需要。大学作为多参数、多任务、多目标的复杂性组织机构,需要构建有效的动力系统促进自身的发展与变革。当前,地方升格院校的发展实践也必须具备这一系列的内外条件,这些条件的满足符合大学发展的规律,同时也是推动发展的背后动力。铜仁学院从制度建设、学科建设、人才师资队伍建设及校园文化建设等维度入手进行了大胆的改革、探索、实践,推动学校不断向更高层次发展的同时,通过积极争取,在办学用地、办学经费等方面获得了地方党委政府的大力支持,进而成功实现了学校办学层次的提升。 Exploring the law of development of local colleges and universities as well as internal and external factors is the need to improve the quality of higher education.As a complex organization with multiple parameters,multiple tasks and multiple goals,universities need to build an effective power system to promote their own development and reform.At present,the development practice of local upgraded colleges must also meet this series of internal and external conditions.The satisfaction of these conditions is in line with the law of university development and is also the driving force behind the development.Tongren College develops from the dimensions of system construction,discipline construction,talents and faculty construction and campus culture construction to achieve the improvement of the school level.Its internal motivation is to leverage and use the power of school development and conform to the development law of higher education.Therefore,the level of school administration has been improved.
