数字人文开放数据竞赛中行动者协作特征研究 被引量:8

摘要 数字人文类开放数据竞赛是近年来公共文化服务领域对于文化大数据深度聚合、利用与开发的新兴模式。文章以2019年上海图书馆开放数据应用开发竞赛作为案例,选取竞赛期间官方微信群的聊天记录作为分析样本,采用社会网络分析的方法,在中心度、集群和小世界效应三方面对开放数据竞赛的行动者协作特征进行实证分析。研究发现:数字人文类开放数据竞赛存在竞争性与合作性共存的特点;主办方群体在竞赛过程中参与程度高,协作能力较强;竞赛成绩靠前的参赛团队成员具有较强的协作能力,且团队内部有明确的角色分工;不同参赛团队之间也存在明显的协作行为,竞赛成员之间的关系较为紧密,且基于不同的话题类型形成了相应的子社群。 Open data contest in the domain of digital humanities is an emerging model for the in-depth aggregation,utilization,and development of big data in the field of cultural heritage in recent years.Taking the2019 Shanghai Library Open Data Application Development Competition as a case,this paper aims at exploring the collaboration characteristics of the contestants.Chat records extracted from the official WeChat group during the competition were selected as the analysis sample,and by means of social network analysis,the collaboration characteristics of the actors in the contest were empirically analyzed in terms of centrality,clustering,and smallworld effects.The results show that:(i)open data contest in digital humanities is characterized by the coexistence of competition and cooperation;(ii)the sponsor group has higher levels of engagement and collaboration during the competition;(iii)team members with top rankings enjoy strong teamwork,and there is a clear division of laborswithintheteam;(iv)there are obvious collaboration among different participating teams.
