摘要
介绍了一种通过中间层批量控制(Batch Control)软件对接生产过程管理系统(MES)和集散控制系统(DCS)的方案。该方案通过双通道TCP连接,有安全、可靠、效率高的特点。该方案配合中控ECS-700工业控制系统,已在多个精细化工、医药等现场投入使用,测试与应用结果表明能够满足工业控制现场的安全和性能要求。
It proposes a solution of Manufacturing Execution System(MES)connect Distributed Control System(DCS)via Batch Control software.This solution has been applied in SUPCON ECS-700 industrial control system,and it has been proved by testing and engineering practice to satisfy the safety and performance requirements at industrial field.
