摘要
Ovation提供了基于Modbus通讯协议的链路控制器模块,以下简称LC卡,允许第三方设备或系统以串行数据通讯的方式连接到Ovation控制系统。宁夏枣泉电厂的IDAS壁温、干式电除尘控制、集控室LED大屏均通过LC卡接入DCS。本文拟从IDAS智能前端配置、LC卡参数配置、DCS逻辑组态、常见问题及原因分析4个方面阐述LC卡在电厂中的应用。
Ovation control system offers a Modbus communication protocol-based link controller module,hereafter referred to as the LC card,which allows for Third-party devices or systems are connected to the Ovation control system by means of serial data communication.In Ningxia Zaoquan Power Plant,the IDAS Pipe wall temperature,dry electrostatic precipitation control,and the LED screen in the central control room are all connected to the DCS via LC card.In this paper,we propose to analyze the four aspects of IDAS intelligent front-end configuration,LC card parameter configuration,DCS logic configuration,common problems and causes.The LC card is used in power plants.
