浅谈静态压力传感器的计量检定

摘要 介绍了依照JJG860-2015《压力传感器(静态)检定规程》实现静态压力传感器的检定过程,详细阐述了传感器检定的前期准备和对实测检定数据的计算过程(包括零点漂移计算、工作曲线计算和传感器技术指标计算)。检定准备过程中,需要依据计算公式对标准器和被检传感器的高度差进行判断和修正,记录传感器的零点漂移,并确认正反行程的校准曲线和工作直线(端点平移直线和最小二乘法直线),再进一步得到传感器的灵敏度、重复性、迟滞和线性度。经测试比较,依照检定规程的操作和计算流程可以准确地实现静态压力传感器的计量检定,达到了预期的检定效果。 This paper introduces the verification process of static pressure sensor according to jjg860-2015 pressure sensor(static)verification regulation,and elaborates the preliminary preparation of sensor verification and the calculation process of measured verification data(including zero drift calculation,work curve calculation and sensor technical index calculation).Verification in the process of preparing need according to the calculation formula of standard and the height difference of test sensor to judge and correction,record the sensor's zero drift,and confirm the positive and negative of calibration curve and working line(endpoint translation and linear least squares straight line),and further get the sensor sensitivity and linearity,repeatability and hysteresis.The results show that the verification of static pressure sensor can be realized accurately according to the operation and calculation process of verification regulation,and the verification effect is achieved.
