摘要
研究并实现了一种基于嵌入式系统的高精度面内位移测量的散斑测量仪。用ARM芯片代替传统的数字散斑相关中进行图像处理和计算的计算机,用激光测距模块和角度传感器实现了不同距离下多次测量的功能,用App实现了远程控制测量仪进行测量工作,用Open CV和ARM实现了视频采集、图像显示与面内位移计算,用Qt设计了人机交互界面。测量仪在10 m以内的面内位移测量精度高于0. 3 mm,误差小于3%。
A speckle measuring instrument based on embedded system for high-precision in-plane displacement measurement is studied and implemented. The ARM chip is used to replace the computer for image processing and calculation in the traditional digital speckle correlation. Laser ranging module and angle sensor are used to realize multiple measurement at different distances. App is used to realize remote control measuring instrument. Video acquisition,image display and in-plane displacement calculation are realized with Open CV and ARM. The humancomputer interaction interface is designed with Qt. The measuring instrument can measure the in-plane displacement within 10 m,the measuring accuracy is higher than 0. 3 mm and the measuring error is less than 3 %.
