摘要
设计了一种由单油路控制的重型卧式车床尾座液压测力计,介绍了这一测力计的结构和工作原理,给出了顶尖顶紧力与工件重力之间的关系,并分析了注油调整问题。应用这一重型卧式车床尾座液压测力计,可以顶紧工件进行车削加工,从而提高工件加工的自动化水平,保证加工安全和加工精度。
A hydraulic dynamometer for the tailstock of heavy duty horizontal lathe controlled by a single oil circuit was designed.The structure and working principle of this dynamometer were introduced,and the relationship between the center tightening force and the gravity of the workpiece was given.The issue of oiling regulation was analyzed.Using this hydraulic dynamometer for the tailstock of heavy duty horizontal la th e,the workpiece can be tightened by the center for turning processing,thereby improving the automation level of workpiece processing,ensuring processing safety and processing accuracy.
