It is of great significance to scientifically summarize the experience in poverty alleviation and in-depth exploration of strategies for consolidating the results for comprehensively winning the battle against poverty and achieving regional high-quality development.The research is based on a panoramic survey of Jiangxi’s poverty alleviation practice,and systematic analysis of such experience as“continuously promoting institutional innovation and improving the poverty alleviation development system and mechanism to solidly promote industrial poverty alleviation and lay a solid foundation for poverty alleviation;inheriting the red genes of sublimation and stimulating endogenous motivation for poverty alleviation by aiming at key areas,taking targeted measures to improve the quality of poverty alleviation;and extensively gathering social forces to build and improve the pattern of poverty alleviation”.Meanwhile,the paper tries to propose suggestions on how to consolidate the focus and promotion strategy,break through deep poverty relief,carry out poverty alleviation and return visits,and continue to improve accuracy poverty alleviation effectiveness;fill in shortcomings,pay attention to the assistance of special poor groups,and vigorously develop and strengthen the collective economy;enhance the stamina of development,accelerate the construction of relative poverty management mechanisms,and promote the effective connection between poverty alleviation and rural revitalization.
