摘要
讨论了中国加入WTO后 ,对我国专利工作产生的重要影响 ,提出了我国专利工作中存在的问题 。
China's entry into the WTO brings about an important influence on the patents in China. This paper discusses what these influences are and what problems exit with regard to the patent's work in China. Finally, some measures are presented to solve these problems.
