Role and mechanism of estradiol inhibiting endoplasmic reticulum stress

摘要 雌激素的临床应用受到广泛关注。本文以过度内质网应激(ERS)参与细胞组织损伤与功能障碍为切入点,从干预脑、肠、肝和人脐静脉内皮细胞、胰腺细胞、CD4+T细胞损伤以及延缓动脉粥样硬化、调节下丘脑功能等方面综述了雌激素通过雌激素受体抑制ERS的作用与机制。 The estradiol clinical application have been widely concerned.Based on the involvement of excessive endoplasmic reticulum stress(ERS)in cell and tissue injury and dysfunction,this paper reviews the roles and mechanism of estradiol in alleviating the injuries of brain,intestine,liver,human umbilical vein endothelial cells,pancreatic cells and CD4+T cells,delaying atherosclerosis and regulating hypothalamic function,through the estradiol receptor-mediated suppression of ERS.
