炼化一体化工程污水回用反渗透浓水处理工艺设计

摘要 通过对石油炼化企业污水回用产生的反渗透浓水进行水质分析,选用臭氧接触氧化-除碳生物滤池-臭氧接触氧化的技术路线处理浓水。浓水中难降解的COD经过前臭氧氧化后转变为可生化的COD,同时降低COD总量,再经过除碳生物滤池降低BOD和COD,最后通过后臭氧接触氧化进一步降低COD总量,最终COD Cr低于60 mg/L(设计值)。选用活性炭滤池作为保安设施,采用高密度澄清池处理除碳生物滤池和活性炭滤池反冲洗废水。最终运行效果好,COD Cr长期保持在40 mg/L以下。 This paper analyzes the water quality of the reverse osmosis concentrated water produced by the sewage reuse of the petroleum refinery and chemical enterprises,and selects the technical route of ozone contact oxidation-carbon removal biological filter-ozone contact oxidation to treat the concentrated water.The COD which is difficult to be degraded in concentrated water is converted into biodegradable COD after pre-ozone oxidation,while reducing the total COD at the same time,and then through the carbon removal biological filter to reduce BOD and COD,and finally after passing through the post-ozone contact oxidation to further reduce the total COD,and finally CODCr less than 60mg/L(design value).The activated carbon filter is selected as the safeguarding facility,and the high-density clarifier is used to treat the carbon removal biological filter and the activated carbon filter backwash wastewater.The final operation effect is good,and CODCr is kept below 40mg/L for a long time.
