高职院校化工类专业学历教育与职业培训一体化发展模式探究——以山东化工职业学院应用化工技术专业为例

Research on the Integrative Development Model of Academic Education and Vocational Training of Chemical Engineering Specialty in Higher Vocational Colleges

学历教育与职业培训一体化发展是我国职业教育改革和发展的重要方向和趋势。但是目前高职院校化工类专业职业教育仍存在一系列问题,论文分析了产生一系列问题的本质原因,提出学历教育与职业培训一体化发展模式,并从人才培养方案,教学模式、评价标准、师资队伍建设等方面提出建议。

The integrated development of academic education and vocational training is an important direction and trend in the reform and development of vocational education in our country.At present,there are still a series of problems in vocational education of Chemical Engineering Specialty in higher vocational colleges.The paper analyzes the essential reasons of the problems,puts forward the integrated development model of academic education and vocational training,and make some suggestions from talent training program,teaching model,evaluation standards construction of teaching staff and other aspects.
