血液透析-灌流对尿毒症顽固性高血压患者血压及疗效的影响

Effect of hemodialysis-perfusion on blood pressure and therapeutic effect in patients with refractory hypertension due to uremia

目的探讨血液透析-灌流对尿毒症顽固性高血压患者血压及疗效的影响。方法选取2017年3月-2019年7月我院62例尿毒症顽固性高血压患者作为研究对象,按照奇偶数分组法将其分为参照组(共30例,采取血液透析治疗)和治疗组(共32例,采取血液透析-灌流治疗),对比2组患者治疗前后的血压水平以及疗效。结果治疗前,2组患者收缩压、舒张压无显著差异(P>0.05);治疗后,治疗组收缩压、舒张压明显低于参照组(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗总有效率93.75%,明显高于参照组的66.67%(P<0.05)。结论血液透析-灌流用于尿毒症顽固性高血压患者的临床优势明显,可有效改善血压水平,提高治疗效果。

Objective To explore the effect of hemodialysis-perfusion on blood pressure and overall efficacy in patients with refractory hypertension due to uremia. Methods In this study,62 patients with refractory hypertension due to uremia who were treated in our hospital from March 2017 to July 2019 were selected as the object of this study. 30 cases,hemodialysis treatment) and treatment group(a total of 32 cases,hemodialysis-perfusion treatment),comparing the blood pressure levels and overall efficacy of the two groups before and after treatment.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in systolic and diastolic blood pressure between the two groups(P>0.05). After treatment,the systolic and diastolic blood pressure of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the reference group(P<0.05). The treatment effective rate in the treatment group was 93.75%,which was significantly higher than that in the reference group,66.67%(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of hemodialysis-perfusion in patients with refractory hypertension due to uremic disease has obvious clinical advantages,which can effectively improve the blood pressure level of patients and improve the clinical efficacy.
