补肾祛湿与涤痰化瘀法联合甲氨蝶呤对类风湿关节炎患者血清CRP ESR RF水平的影响

Effects of tonifying kidney and removing dampness and diphlegm and blood stasis combined with Methotrexate on serum CRP,ESR and RF levels in patients with rheumatoid arthritis

目的探讨补肾祛湿与涤痰化瘀联合甲氨蝶呤治疗类风湿关节炎的临床效果。方法选择2018年6月-12月我院收治的60例类风湿关节炎患者,按随机数字表法分为2组各30例,对照组给予甲氨蝶呤片+来氟米特+叶酸片+双氯芬酸钠缓释胶囊+前列地尔+鹿瓜多肽治疗,观察组给予补肾祛湿与涤痰化瘀法联合甲氨蝶呤治疗,对比2组红细胞沉降率(ESR)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、类风湿因子(RF)。结果治疗后3个月、6个月、9个月时,观察组ESR CRP.RF均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论补肾祛湿与涤痰化瘀法联合甲氨蝶呤治疗可降低类风湿关节炎患者ESR、CRP、RF水平,改善其病情。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis with the combination of nourishing kidney and removing dampness,removing phlegm and removing blood stasis combined with methotrexate.Methods 60 patients with rheumatoid arthritis who were treated in our hospital from June 2018 to December 2018 were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table,each with 30 cases. The control group was given methotrexate + leflunomide + folic acid tablets + diclofenac sodium diluted capsules + alprostadil + deer melon polypeptide for treatment,the observation group was given kidney and dampness and phlegm and blood stasis method combined with methotrexate for treatment,compared the blood sedimentation(ESR)and C reactive protein(CRP),Rheumatoid factor(RF)indicators of the two groups. Results After 3 months,6 months,and 9 months of treatment,the ESR,CRP,RF of the observation group were lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The treatment of nourishing kidney and removing dampness and removing phlegm and removing blood stasis combined with methotrexate can reduce ESR,CRP and RF of rheumatoid arthritis patients and improve their state of condition.
