黑骨藤追风活络胶囊联合甲氨蝶呤治疗类风湿性关节炎的疗效与安全性分析

Efficacy and safety of the Heiguteng Zhuifeng Huoluo capsule combined with Methotrexate in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis

目的观察黑骨藤追风活络胶囊联合甲氨蝶呤治疗类风湿性关节炎的疗效与安全性。方法选择我院2018年9月--2020年2月收治的58例类风湿性关节炎患者,以随机数字表法分为参照组与联合组,各29例。2组入院后均口服洛索洛芬钠,其中参照组加服甲氨蝶呤,联合组在参照组用药基础上加用黑骨藤追风活络胶囊,比较2组患者临床疗效与不良反应情况。结果联合组治疗4周、治疗16周的ACR20、ACR50达标率及病情好转率均高于参照组(P<0.05),联合组的不良反应发生率低于参照组(P<0.05)。结论黑骨藤追风活络胶囊联合甲氨蝶呤治疗类风湿性关节炎的疗效确切,且用药安全性高,可推广。

Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of Heiguteng Zhuifeng Huoluo Capsule combined with methotrexate in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis. Methods A total of 58 patients with rheumatoid arthritis admitted to our hospital from September 2018 to February 2020 were selected and divided into the reference group and the combined group by the random number table method,with 29 patients in each group. After admission,both groups took loxofen sodium orally,The reference group was given methotrexate,and the combined group was given Heiguteng Zhuifeng Huoluo Capsule on the basis of the reference group. The clinical efficacy and safety of the two groups were compared. Results The rates of ACR20,ACR 50 and improvement in the combined group were higher than those in the reference group(P<0.05),and the incidence of adverse reactions in the combined group was lower than that in the reference group(P<0.05). Conclusion The curative effect of Heiguteng Zhuifeng Huoluo Capsule combined with methotrexate in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis is accurate,and the drug safety is high,which can be popularized.
