X线DR摄片加痰检筛查老年肺结核的社区实践

Community practice of screening elderly patients with tuberculosis with X-ray digital radiography and sputum test

目的探讨X线DR摄片加痰检筛查老年肺结核的农村社区实践效果。方法以开化县音坑乡19个行政村的农村居民29 097人中的5 336位老年人为重点人群,利用X线DR摄片加痰检主动筛查老年结核病。结果农村社区5 336位老年人中筛查出痰菌阳性结核病1人,陈旧性肺结核25人,肺炎29人,肺癌2人;5 336位老年人中有慢性阻塞性肺疾病和糖尿病等基础疾病者患结核病的风险高于无基础疾病者。结论X线DR摄片加痰检主动筛查农村社区老年肺结核,有利于鉴别和预防性治疗潜伏期结核病,对肺部其他疾病的检出与治疗也可起到有益的作用。

Objective To investigate the effect of X-ray digital radiography and sputum test on elderly pulmonary tuberculosis in rural communities.Methods 5336 cases of elderly people out of 29,097 rural residents in 19 administrative villages of Yinkeng Township,Kaihua County were selected as the key population. X-ray digital radiography and sputum test were used to screen elderly tuberculosis. Results Among the 5336 elderly people in the rural community,1 patient was diagnosed with sputum positive tuberculosis,25 patients with old tuberculosis,29 patients with pneumonia and 2 patients with lung cancer. The risk of TB in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and diabetes mellitus was higher than that in those without basic diseases among 5336 cases of elderly people.Conclusion Active screening of elderly tuberculosis in rural communities with X-ray digital radiography and sputum examination is conducive to the identification and preventive treatment of latent tuberculosis,providing an opportunity for the detection and treatment of other lung diseases.
