档案是医院重要的信息资源和宝贵财富,是医院科学管理中重要的环节。是医院各科室在医疗、护理、医技、教学、科研以及管理活动中形成的文字、图表、声像等不同形式的历史记录,在医院的日常管理中起着重要作用。提高档案管理工作者的信息素养、建立健全档案管理制度,通过技术与制度两手抓,确保档案管理的信息保密工作,全面提升档案管理水平,为医疗卫生事业的可持续发展保驾护航。文章就医院档案管理存在的问题进行深入分析,并就医院档案管理信息化建设的具体策略提出几点建议,以供参考。

Archives are the important information resources and precious wealth of the hospital,and are the important link in the scientific management of the hospital.It is a historical record in different forms such as words,charts,audio-visual and other forms formed in the medical treatment,nursing,medical technology,teaching,scientific research and management activities of various departments in the hospital,which plays an important role in the daily management of the hospital.We should improve the information literacy of file management workers,establish and improve the file management system,ensure the information confidentiality of file management,comprehensively improve the level of file management,and protect the sustainable development of medical and health services.This paper analyzes the problems existing in hospital archives management,and puts forward some suggestions on the specific strategies of hospital archives management informatization construction for reference.
