“互联网+”时代,信息从匮乏快速过渡到爆炸,高考志愿填报难度系数不断飙升。在商业利益驱动下,高考志愿涌现出很多平台,但是新兴行业管理监督体制不够完善、无自学渠道和人工智能发展还不够成熟等原因,造成部分家长和考生容易被误导。综合多角度出发,打破传统理念,提出构建人工智能和大数据双引擎、精准、有温度和公益的高考志愿人人会平台设计构思,平台基于B/S结构包含12个功能模块,对家长、考生和高考志愿行业有重要参考意义。

In the era of“Internet+”,the rapid transition from lack of information to explosion has made the difficulty coefficient of college entrance examination filling up continuously.Driven by business interests,there are many platforms for college entrance examination volunteers.Some parents and examinees are easy to be misled because the management and supervision system of emerging industries is not perfect,there is no self-study channel and the development of artificial intelligence is not mature.Based on the B/S structure,the platform contains 12 functional modules,which is of great reference significance to parents,examinees and college entrance examination volunteer industry.
