信息时代下基于“教诊改”理念的实训基地建设研究--以电气专业为例

Research on the construction of training base based on the concept of“teaching and diagnosis reform”in information age:taking electrical specialty as an example

随着用人单位对高技能人才的需求日益增大,职业院校需要同社会力量、行业企业进行良性合作,提高培养质量。文章基于教诊改视角探讨兼具教学、生产、科研功能的学岗结合实训基地建设,以提升职业学校实训基地的教学与服务水平,促进校企合作的可持续发展。

With the increasing demand of employing units for high-skilled talents,vocational colleges need to cooperate well with social forces and industry enterprises to improve the quality of training.Based on the perspective of teaching and diagnosis reform,the construction of a combination of teaching,production and scientific research functions of the training base was discussed,in order to improve the teaching and service level of vocational school training base,and promote the sustainable development of school enterprise cooperation.
