制造业高质量发展是洛阳副中心城市建设的核心。作为国家重点建设的工业城市,洛阳有着深厚的工业基础,但是,多年来的发展过程中,洛阳制造业也积累了一系列的结构性问题,制约了制造业的高质量发展。在副中心城市建设背景下,剖析洛阳制造业存在的结构性问题,进而分析其存在的根源,提出针对性的对策建议。

The high-quality development of manufacturing is the core of Luoyang’s sub-central city construction.As an important industrial city under construction by the country,Luoyang has a solid industrial foundation.However,in the course of years of development,Luoyang’s manufacturing industry has also accumulated a series of structural problems that have restricted the high-quality development of the manufacturing industry.In the context of the construction of the sub-central city,this paper analyzes the structural problems existing in Luoyang’s manufacturing industry,and then analyzes its root causes,and proposes targeted countermeasures.
