沟域经济是山区区域经济发展的新模式。结合"五山四岭一分川"的地形特点,近年来,洛阳对沟域经济发展模式进行了积极探索,集中培育了33个特色鲜明的沟域经济示范区,闯出了豫西山区乡村振兴的新路子。沟域经济已成为洛阳农业产业结构调整、山区农业农村高质量发展的"金钥匙"。为促进沟域经济发展提质增效、推进全面脱贫、实现乡村振兴,洛阳要紧抓黄河流域生态保护和高质量发展及中原城市群副中心城市建设重大历史机遇,提高思想认识、强化规划引领、加强产业支撑、找准特色项目、因地制宜创新、集聚发展合力、广纳各方贤才。

Gully economy is a new model of regional economic development in mountainous areas.Combined with the topographic characteristics of"five mountains,four mountains and one river",in recent years,Luoyang has also made active attempts and explorations on the economic development model of gully region,cultivated 33 distinctive gully region economic demonstration zones,and blazed a new path of rural revitalization in western Henan mountains.Ditch economy has become the"golden key"for the adjustment of agricultural industrial structure and the high-quality development of agricultural and rural areas in Luoyang.In order to promote the development of ditch economy,improve the quality and efficiency,promote the overall poverty alleviation,and realize the rural revitalization,Luoyang should grasp the important historical opportunities of the ecological protection and high-quality development of the Yellow River Basin and the construction of the sub central cities of the Central Plains urban agglomeration,improve the ideological understanding,strengthen the planning guidance,strengthen the industrial support,identify the characteristic projects,innovate according to the local conditions,gather the development joint forces,and recruit the talents of all sides.
