伴随慈善与公益事业的发展进程,有效公益逐渐成为人们的关注点之一。与以往侧重从慈善机构和公益组织的视角考虑和回应慈善的有效性不同,有效利他主义运动在关注组织机构工作有效性的同时,突出强调参与慈善活动的道德行动者的主体地位,在评估有效性时,凸显了主体对于有效公益的重要作用。有效利他主义运动提供的个体视角,在当下"人人皆可公益"的时代,对于慈善领域的具体实践以及理论研究都具有积极的启发意义。

With the developing of charity and public welfare,the issue of effective philanthropy has drawn more and more attention.Different from other perspectives about effective philanthropy which only concentrate on the effectiveness of organizations,the effective altruism movement places greater emphasis on moral agent.The rational agent play a significant part in assessing the effective impact of charity.The view about individuals from effective altruism is enlightening to practice of charitable donation and academic research in this era of civilian charity that everyone could participate.
