摘要
新冠疫情的爆发对美国高校财政带来了不小的冲击,尽管美国各高校纷纷采取措施应对疫情造成的危机,但受其企业式管理模式的影响,仍未能有效解决目前的财政困境,其中以约翰霍普金斯大学最为典型。企业式管理模式下的翰霍普金斯大学财权行政权集中于"外行"之手,上层领导薪酬占比过高,以及企业式运行的做法,使得该校疫情下的财政危机愈发严峻。
The outbreak of COVID-19 has had a great impact on the financial situation of American universities.Although American universities have taken measures to deal with the crisis caused by COVID-19,they have not been able to effectively solve the current financial difficulties of due to their enterprise-style leadership and management mode,among which Johns Hopkins University is the most typical one.Under the corporate leadership management model,Johns Hopkins University’s financial and the consolidation of administrative power in the hands of corporate executives.In addition,the high proportion of top leaders’salary and the enterprise-like operation of the university make the financial crisis of the university under the COVID-19 more serious.
