摘要
以舰船齿轮用钢17CrNiMo6为研究对象,利用Gleeble-1500D热力模拟机研究热变形参数对组织的影响。结果表明,热加工成形工艺参数中的变形温度、压下量、热变形速率对热压缩过程中的17CrNiMo6钢组织会产生重要影响。
The effect of thermal deformation parameters on the microstructure of ship gear steel 17CrNiMo6 has been studied by Gleeble-1500D thermal simulator.The results show that the deformation temperature,the reduction amount of pressing and the rate of hot deformation have important effects on the microstructure of 17CrNiMo6 steel during hot compression.
