奥利司他胶囊联合二甲双胍在超重或肥胖2型糖尿病患者治疗中的疗效及安全性

Efficacy and safety of Orlistat capsule combined with Metformin in the treatment of overweight or obese patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus

目的研究奥利司他胶囊联合二甲双胍在超重或肥胖2型糖尿病患者治疗中的疗效及安全性。方法选择我院2018年11月—2019年11月接诊的100例超重或肥胖2型糖尿病患者,应用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组。对照组给予二甲双胍治疗,观察组给予奥利司他胶囊联合二甲双胍治疗,比较2组患者治疗前和治疗6个月后的血脂、血糖水平,及治疗后的不良反应。结果治疗前,2组血脂、血糖水平相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组TG、TC、LDL-C、血糖水平均明显低于对照组,HDL-C水平明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组不良反应发生率无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论奥利司他胶囊联合二甲双胍在超重或肥胖2型糖尿病患者治疗中的疗效显著,能够显著改善血脂和血糖水平,且安全性较高,值得临床推广。

Objective To study the efficacy and safety of orlistat capsule combined with metformin in the treatment of overweight or obese type 2 diabetic patients.Methods From November 2018 to November 2019,100 overweight or obese patients with type 2 diabetes were selected as the study objects.Using the random number table method,the patients were divided into control group and observation group.The control group were treated with metformin,and the observation group were treated with orlistat capsule and metformin.The levels of blood lipid,blood glucose were compared between the two groups before and 6 months after treatment,and adverse reactions after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there were no significant differences in blood lipid and blood glucose between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,TG,TC,LDL-C and blood glucose water in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and HDL-C levels were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Orlistat capsule combined with metformin in the treatment of overweight or obese patients with type 2 diabetes has a significant effect,can significantly improve the blood lipid and blood sugar of patients,and has a high safety,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
