超声对膝关节骨性关节炎诊断及疗效观察的研究

目的探讨超声在膝关节骨性关节炎诊断及疗效观察中的应用价值。方法选取我院2018年6月—2019年6月期间收治的经关节镜检查确诊的膝关节骨性关节炎患者70例,所有患者均给予超声、核磁共振诊断,并于诊断后进行关节腔内抽取液体减压法结合手法治疗,分析超声对膝关节骨性关节炎诊断及疗效观察的应用价值。结果70例膝关节骨性关节炎患者中超声共检出62例,检出率为88.57%(62/70);治疗后,超声诊断出的关节腔积液、滑膜增厚、关节间隙变窄、软骨变形的例数占比低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论超声在膝关节骨性关节炎中具有较高的检出率,且可有效评估治疗效果。

Objective To explore the value of ultrasound in the diagnosis and observation of knee osteoarthritis.Methods A total of 70 patients with osteoarthritis of the knee diagnosed by arthroscopy during the period from June 2018 to June 2019 in our hospital were selected.All patients were given ultrasound and MRI diagnosis,and the joint cavity was extracted after diagnosis Combined with liquid decompression and manual therapy,the application value of ultrasound in the diagnosis and observation of knee osteoarthritis was analyzed.Results Of the 70 knee osteoarthritis patients,62 were detected by ultrasound,and the detection rate was 88.57%(62/70).After treatment,the number of incident of joint cavity fluid accumulation,synovial thickening,joint space narrowing,and cartilage deformation diagnosed by ultrasound was lower than before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application value of ultrasound in osteoarthritis of knee joint is good,it can improve the detection rate and can effectively evaluate the treatment effect.
