影像病例数据库在周围型肺癌CT诊断教学中的应用探索

Application of imaging database in CT diagnosis teaching of peripheral lung cancer

目的探讨影像病例数据库在周围型肺癌CT诊断教学中的应用价值。方法将我院2017级影像专业的72名学生随机分入试验组和对照组,试验组使用自主组建的影像病例数据库内周围型肺癌病例的CT容积数据进行多平面重组动态演示教学;对照组采用传统PPT教学模式,演示典型层面图像。教学结束后对2组学生的考试成绩进行对比。结果试验组学生对周围型肺癌CT征象的掌握优于对照组,考试成绩高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论利用影像病例数据库进行动态图像演示教学,有利于学生全面掌握周围型肺癌的CT征象,提高教学质量,值得推广。

Objective To explore the application value of imaging database in CT diagnosis teaching of peripheral lung cancer.Methods 72 students of imaging medical imaging class in Grade 2017 were randomly divided into study group and control group.The study group used teaching method by CT volume data of the self-make peripheral lung cancer case database through dynamic demonstration teaching of multiplanar reconstruction,the control group used the traditional PPT teaching method to demonstrate the typical image.The CT signs of peripheral lung cancer were taught to the two groups of students respectively,and the test scores of the two groups of students were statistically analyzed after the class.Results The test scores of experimental group were better than the control group about mastering the CT signs of peripheral lung cancer,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The teaching method of dynamic image demonstration by the help of image case database is conducive to the comprehensive display of CT signs of lung cancer,which can improve the teaching reslut,it is worth to promot.
