Colonoscopy withdrawal is one of the most important factor in finding pathological changes during colonoscopy,which is an important method to detect colorectal diseases.Suitable withdrawal time and proper withdrawal way as quality guarantee of colonoscopy withdrawal directly determine the rate of detection and missed diagnosis of pathological changes.The paper reviewed the detection rate and influencing factors,withdrawal time and way,physician skill and endoscopic equipment during colonoscopy to provide reference and new idea for improving colonoscopy quality.
