摘要
随着社会科学技术的不断进步与发展,电力电子技术不断发展。双极性晶体管IGBT技术作为电力电子技术中的主要技术,以优良的通态特性和开关特性逐渐被应用于各个行业的变频器。该技术的应用不仅能够提高系统的控制精度,而且可以稳定电压,优化整个系统的运行过程。因此,简单分析IGBT技术的特性,从4个角度分析IGBT技术在电动钻机变频器上的应用,以供参考。
With the continuous progress and development of social science and technology,the power electronics technology is also constantly developing.As one of the main devices in power electronic technology,bipolar transistor IGBT technology has been gradually applied to frequency converters in various industries with its excellent on-state characteristics and switching characteristics.The application of this technology can not only improve the control accuracy of the system,but also stabilize the voltage and optimize the operation process of the whole system.Based on this,this paper first analyzes the characteristics of IGBT technology,and then gives the application of IGBT technology in the inverter of electric drilling rig from four aspects,is only for the relevant people to exchange and reference.
