五行体感音乐疗法联合加味八珍汤治疗气血两虚型心血管神经症疗效观察

Observation on Therapeutic Effect of Five-element Somatosensory Music Therapy Combined with Jiawei Bazhen Decoction on Cardiovascular Neurosis with Deficiency of Both Qi and Blood

目的观察五行体感音乐疗法联合加味八珍汤治疗气血两虚型心血管神经症患者临床疗效。方法选择就诊诊断为心血管神经症(气血两虚)的患者,分为对照组、观察组,对照组予加味八珍汤口服,基础方为八珍汤,心悸加桂枝、龙骨、牡蛎;胸闷气短加黄芪、枳壳、瓜蒌;失眠健忘加首乌藤、枣仁、石菖蒲;乏力懒言加黄芪、仙鹤草、大枣;头昏沉加用葛根、升麻、黄芪;自汗加用牡蛎、浮小麦。观察组在对照组基础上加用五行体感音乐治疗。曲目选择《紫竹调》《梅花三弄》《阳春白雪》组成音乐治疗播放序列,软件过滤出特定低频频段,有源音箱放大播放信号,置于患者双侧上肢神门穴附近播放,2次/d,疗程4周。疗效评价参照《中药新药临床研究指导原则》拟定中医症状分级量表,对治疗前后进行评分。治疗结束后进行疗效评估,SPSS数据分析各组治疗前后及组间数据有无统计学差异。结果对照组和观察组治疗后中医症状积分均降低(P<0.05),与对照组相比,观察组中医症状积分降低幅度更加显著(P<0.05)。观察组临床治疗总有效率高于对照组。结论五行体感音乐联合加味八珍汤治疗气血亏虚型心血管神经症疗效确切,不良反应少。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of five-elementsomatosensory music therapy combined with Jiawei Bazhen decoction on patients with cardiovascular neurosis of both deficiency of Qi and blood syndrome.Methods Patients who were diagnosed as cardiovascular neurosis(both deficiency of Qi and blood syndrome)were selected and divided into control group and observation group.The control group used Jiawei Bazhen decoction and the observation group on the basis of the control group addedfive-elementsomatosensory music therapy.The evaluation of efficacy was based on the guidelines for clinical research on Chinese medicine to draw up a scale of Chinese medicine symptoms and score before and after treatment.After treatment,the efficacy was evaluated,and SPSS data analyzed whether there were statistical differences between the groups before and after treatment.Results The difference in Chinese medicine symptoms after treatment was reduced in the control group(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant between two groups(P<0.05).The total efficiency of clinical treatment in the observation group was higher than that of the control group.Conclusion Five-elementsomatosensory music therapy combined with Jiawei Bazhen decoction is effective in the treatment of cardiovascular neurosis with both deficiency of Qi and blood and there are few adverse reactions.
