香囊在呼吸系统病毒感染预防中的应用及研究方案设计

Application of Sachet in Prevention of Respiratory System Virus Infection and Design of Research Project

目的调查分析香囊在呼吸系统病毒感染预防中的应用及研究情况。方法运用计算机检索中国知网、维普、万方数据库,检索时间为建库至2019年2月1日,收集干预措施涉及中药香囊预防呼吸系统病毒感染的现代临床研究。经过研究者筛选文献、提取资料,最终纳入8项研究。结果香囊在呼吸系统病毒感染预防(如流行性感冒、严重急性呼吸综合征)中起着积极的作用。在呼吸系统病毒感染预防已有的大样本的临床报道中,研究人群主要为幼儿园的儿童、中小学生、社区人员、医护人员及家属及医学院大学生。外用预防常用中药主要有苍术、薄荷、藿香、艾叶与荆芥。中药香囊的佩戴方法多为布袋系于胸前或颈前(尽量离口鼻近),不定时嗅吸或放置在经常活动的范围内(如办公室、床头、枕边等处),由于中药所含挥发性成分(多具有抗病毒、抗菌等作用),挥发性成分在使用过程中易受季节及地域温湿度等的影响,依据具体药物特性设定更换药袋内容物的时间及香囊佩戴的疗程。结论文献中的香囊临床用药特点、使用方法值得我们学习和借鉴,通过对香囊类文献的研究,形成了香囊临床研究的思考与设计。依据中医外治法优势,将香囊循证医学研究与现代中药药理学相结合,对于疾病的预防具有重要的意义。

Objective To investigate and analyze the application and research situation of sachet in the prevention of respiratory system virus infection.Methods The database of CNKI,Weipu and Wanfang were searched by computer from the establishment of the database to February 1,2019,and the modern clinical researches on the prevention of respiratory system virus infection by sachet were collected.The researchers screened the literature and extracted the data,finally 8 studies were included.Results Sachet plays an active role in the prevention of respiratory system virus infection,such as influenza and severe acute respiratory syndrome(SARS).In the clinical reports of large samples of respiratory virus infection prevention,the study population was mainly kindergarten children,primary and secondary school students,community personnel,medical staff and family members,and medical college students.Commonly-used Chinese medicines for external prevention included Cangzhu(Atractylodes),Bohe(Mint),Huoxiang(Agastache),Aiye(Wormwood)and Jingjie(Nepeta).The method of wearing traditional Chinese medicine sachets was that the cloth bag was tied to the chest or neck(as close as possible to the nose and mouth),sniffing from time to time or placed in the range of frequent activities(such as office,bedside,pillow).Because volatile components contained in traditional Chinese medicines(mostly had antiviral and antibacterial effect),volatile components were susceptible to the influence of seasons and regional temperature and humidity during use,and the time and fragrance of replacing the contents of the medicine bag are set according to the specific characteristics.Conclusion The clinical medicine characteristics and usage methods of sachets in the literature are worthy of our study and reference.This paper has formed the thinking and design of the clinical research of traditional Chinese medicine sachets through the study of sachet literature.According to the advantages of external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,combining evidence-based medicine research in sachets with modern Chinese medicine pharmacology of sachets is of great significance for disease prevention.
