玉屏风颗粒配合挑治术治疗儿童慢性扁桃体炎临床研究

Clinical Study on Treatment of Chronic Tonsillitis in Children by Yupingfeng Granules combined with Tonsillectomy

目的探讨玉屏风颗粒联合扁桃体挑治术治疗儿童慢性扁桃体炎的临床疗效。方法选取医院门诊及住院部自2018年3月-2019年3月收治的CD3^+、CD4^+、CD8^+慢性扁桃体炎患儿70例,按照双盲随机原则分成两组,对照组(35例)仅行扁桃体挑治术治疗,观察组35例则行扁桃体挑治术联合玉屏风颗粒治疗,比较两组治疗有效率、症状缓解时间等差异,测定治疗前后两组T淋巴细胞亚群水平差异,随访半年记录两组急性发作、因扁桃体炎再次就诊次数情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组发热、咽痛、扁桃体肿大改善时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前两组T淋巴细胞亚群(CD3^+、CD4^+、CD8^+、CD4^+/CD8^+)水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后观察组CD3^+、CD4^+/CD8^+高于对照组,CD8^+低于对照组(P<0.05);随访6个月,观察组扁桃体炎平均发作次数显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论玉屏风颗粒联合扁桃体挑治术治疗儿童慢性扁桃体炎可快速缓解症状,消除机体炎症,降低复发情况,疗效显著值得推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Yupingfeng granule combined with tonsillectomy in the treatment of chronic tonsillitis in children.Method Seventy children with chronic tonsillitis treated in the outpatient/inpatient Department of our hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were selected and divided into two groups according to the principle of double-blind randomization.The control group(35 cases)was treated with tonsillectomy only,while the observation group(35 cases)was treated with tonsillectomy combined with Yupingfeng Granules.The differences in the effective rate of treatment and the time of symptom relief between the two groups were compared,and the two groups were determined before and after treatment.The level of T lymphocyte subsets was different between the two groups,and the frequency of acute attacks and re-visits due to tonsillitis was recorded during six months of follow-up.Results The total effective rate of the observation group,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the improvement time of fever,pharyngalgia and tonsillar enlargement in the observation group after treatment was significantly shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the levels of T lymphocyte subsets(CD3^+,CD4^+,CD8^+,CD4^+/CD8^+)between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,CD3^+,CD4^+/CD8^+in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and CD8^+was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);after 6 months of follow-up,the average number of attacks of tonsillitis in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Yupingfeng granule combined with tonsil picking therapy in children with chronic tonsillitis can quickly alleviate the symptoms of patients,eliminate body inflammation,and reduce recurrence.The efficacy is significantly worth promoting.
