温阳健脾汤联合西医治疗脾胃虚弱型慢性萎缩性胃炎临床观察

Clinical Effect of Wenyang Jianpi Decoction and Western Medicine in Treatment of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis of Spleen and Stomach Deficiency Syndrome

目的探讨温阳健脾汤联合西医治疗脾胃虚弱型慢性萎缩性胃炎患者的临床效果。方法研究资料均为医院于2016年11月-2018年11月收治的脾胃虚弱型慢性萎缩性胃炎患者,88例随机分组,各44例,对照组为常规西药治疗,观察组为温阳健脾汤治疗,观察两组临床效果。结果治疗后观察组中医证候主症积分及次症积分逐渐降低,且与同时间段对照组比较均优势明显(P<0.05)。中医疗效评价有效率、胃镜及病理检查疗效评价观察组均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组恶心、胃胀发生率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针对脾胃虚弱型慢性萎缩性胃炎患者采用温阳健脾汤联合西医治疗利于促使炎症消失,胃黏膜恢复正常,尤其确保胃脘胀满、隐痛、乏力明显缓解,且不良反应少,程度轻,属于安全可靠的治疗方案。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Wenyang Jianpi decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of patients with chronic atrophic gastritis of spleen and stomach deficiency syndrome.Methods Eighty-eight patients with chronic atrophic gastritis of spleen and stomach deficiency syndrome admitted to our hospital from November 2016 to November 2018 were randomly divided into two groups,44 casesin each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine.The observation group was treated with Wenyang Jianpi decoction.The clinical effects of the two groups were observed.Results Aftertreatment,the scores of the main symptom and the secondary syndrome ofthe observation group were gradually reduced,and compared with those of the control group in the same period,they were significantly superior(P<0.05).The effective rate of TCM curative effective,gastroscopy and pathological examination curative effect evaluation in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of nausea and flatulence in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Wenyang Jianpi decoction combined with western medicine is a safe and reliable treatment for the patients with chronic atrophic gastritis ofspleen and stomach deficiency syndrome,which can promote the disappearance of inflammation and the recovery of normal gastric mucosa and especiallyensure the relief of fullness,dull pain and fatigue of the stomach,with few adverse reactions.It is a reliable treatment plan.
