骨骼肌微小RNA介导运动调节骨骼肌代谢作用研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 mircoRNAs(miRNAs)是一类高度保守的非编码RNA,在多种细胞过程中发挥重要的调节作用。目前普遍认为骨骼肌miRNAs对骨骼肌细胞增殖、分化具有重要作用并能调节骨骼肌细胞胰岛素敏感性和线粒体功能。运动能促进骨骼肌蛋白质合成和骨骼肌细胞对代谢底物的摄取、储存和利用。研究证实运动能够改变骨骼肌miRNAs水平,而骨骼肌中某些miRNAs水平的变化会调节骨骼肌细胞的合成和分解代谢过程。本文综述了近年来国内外有关运动调节骨骼肌代谢相关miRNAs研究进展,为进一步揭示miRNAs调节骨骼肌对运动的适应机制提供新线索。
