摘要
探讨了厚板常规高镍铬工作辊制备过程中易出现的问题,对外层材质、铸造难点、热处理工艺等进行了分析,研究了适用于厚板轧机工作辊材质及制造工艺。结果表明,工作辊的外层石墨形态呈球形,组织细小;芯部为牛眼状铁素体,组织与性能超过了常规高镍铬工作辊的要求。耐磨性、抗热冲击及抗冷热疲劳性能优于传统高镍铬工作辊,组织与性能均达到预期。经宝钢5000 mm厚板轧线实际使用验证,达到或超过进口轧辊的技术指标。
The problems that often appear in the preparation process of conventional high nickel-chromium working roll for thick plate were discussed,the external layer materials,casting difficulties and heat treatment technology were analyzed,and the materials and manufacturing technology of working roll for thick plate mill were studied.The results show that the outer graphite shape of the roller is spherical and the structure is fine.The core is bovine eye ferrite,and its structure and properties exceed the requirements of conventional high Ni-Cr working rolls.The abrasion resistance,thermal shock resistance and cold and hot fatigue resistance of the traditional high Ni-Cr working roll are better than that of the traditional high Ni-Cr working roll.The actual application of 5000 mm thick plate rolling line at Baosteel shows that the technical specifications of imported rolls are reached or exceeded.
