2016年-2018年本溪市新发现艾滋病病毒感染者/患者首次CD4+T淋巴细胞检测结果分析

Analysis of the results of the first CD4+T lymphocyte detection in new patients with HIV infection in Benxi City from 2016 to 2018

目的了解本溪市2016年-2018年新发现艾滋病病毒感染者(HIV/AIDS)首次CD4^+T淋巴细胞检测情况及其影响因素,实时为抗病毒治疗提供依据。方法采集患者全血样本,用流式细胞仪进行CD4^+T淋巴细胞检测,统计分析检测数据。结果166例新发HIV感染者首次CD4^+T淋巴细胞计数均值为356.73个/μl,其中≤200个/μl的61例(36.75%),201个/μl^350个/μl的43例(25.90%),351个/μl^500个/μl的24例(14.46%),>500个/μl的38例(22.89%)。CD4^+/CD8^+比值平均为0.33±0.18,CD4^+/CD8^+比值>1的仅3例(0.02%),CD4^+/CD8^+比值<0.5共118例(71.08%)。不同年份、性别、年龄、婚姻状况、学历及感染途径CD4^+T淋巴细胞计数差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论近年来本溪市新发艾滋病病毒感染者首次CD4^+T淋巴细胞水平相对偏低,应加强检测HIV及相关知识的宣传和普及,做到早发现,早治疗,提高患者生命质量。

Objective To investigate the first detection of CD4^+T lymphocytes in newly discovered HIV/AIDS patients from 2016 to 2018 in Benxi City and its influencing factors,so as to provide evidence for antiviral therapy in real time.Methods The whole blood samples of the patients were collected and the CD4^+T lymphocytes were detected by flow cytometry,and the data were analyzed statistically.Results The mean count of CD4^+T lymphocytes in 166 newly infected patients was 356.73 copy/μl,among which 61(36.75%)were≤200 copy/μl,43(25.90%)were 201 copy/μl-350 copy/μl,24(14.46%)were within 351 copy/μl-500 copy/μl,and 38(22.89%)were>500 copy/μl.The average CD4^+/CD8^+ratio was 0.33±0.18,only 3 cases(0.02%)had a CD4^+/CD8^+ratio>1,and 118 cases(71.08%)had a CD4^+/CD8^+ratio<0.5.There was no statistical significance on the differences in CD4^+T lymphocyte count among different years,sex,age,marital status,educational background and infection route(P>0.05).Conclusion In recent years,the level of CD4^+T lymphocytes is relatively low for the first time infected with HIV in Benxi City.The propaganda and popularization of HIV detection and related knowledge should be strengthened to improve the quality of life of patients by early detection,early treatment and improvement of patients'quality of life.
