老龄科学家群体特性对需求层次实现影响的实证研究

Research on the Influence of Group Characteristics of Aging Scientists on Hierarchy of Needs

中国人口老龄化问题研究现已成为学术界的研究热点领域。研究不同人群的老龄化特点,对于制定有效的管理政策具有重要意义。老龄科学家是一个特殊群体,分析他们的群体特征和实际需求状况,是研究制订针对该群体政策的前提。本研究基于格栅/群体的理论与马斯洛需求层次理论相结合的理论模型,以中国高校退休科学家群体为案例,用假设检验的方式处理问卷调查的数据,以探讨老科学家群体特性对其需求层次实现的内在影响机制,为制订或完善退休科学家的相关政策提供理论支持。

The problem of aging population in China is one of important research fields in academia.Studying the aging characteristics of different groups can make the management policy more effective.Aging scientists can be a special group,and the analysis of the actual demand situation of the aging scientists group in reality can be the basis of the policy formulation for this group.This study is based on the theoretical model,which is constructed by gird-group theory and Maslow’s theory of demand hierarchy.Taking a retired scientist group in a university as a case,we explore the internal influence mechanism of group characteristics and needs through questionnaires.The result could provide the theoretical support for the relevant policies of the retired scientists group.
