摘要
随着变电站中智能化设备的广泛应用,巡检机器人在变电站中愈加常见,工作人员与巡检机器人的接触增多,但对此种情况下人体工频电场暴露水平以及感应电流的研究并不多见。本文结合模拟电荷法和有限元法,对处于变电站开关场区域中的人体与巡检机器人周围电场分布以及人体内电流进行计算分析。结果表明,作业人员应当首先弯腰靠近巡检机器人,然后下蹲对巡检机器人进行检查,这样可保证作业人员身体各部位保持较小的感应电流密度,最大程度保证作业人员身体免受伤害。
With the wide application of intelligent equipment in substations,patrol robots are becoming more and more common in substations,and the contacts between workers and patrol robots are increasing.However,there are few studies on the exposure level of human power frequency electric field and induced current in this case.In this paper,the electric field distribution around the human body and the inspection robot in the switching field area of substation and the electric current inside the human body are calculated and analyzed by combining the simulated charge method and the finite element method.The results show that the operator should first bend down close to the inspection robot,and then squat down to inspect the inspection robot,so as to ensure that all parts of the operator’s body maintain a small inductive current density,and maximize the protection of the operator’s body from injury.
